Debra is an accomplished Human Resources Executive, Fractional CHRO, and Executive Advisor with diverse experience in start-up, mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies.
As President and owner of DJG Advisory Group, Debra is a strategic partner for business owners, executive leadership, and board members to help drive talent initiatives, optimize systems, shepherd positive change to support and improve business outcomes.
With over 25 years experience in HR leadership and management in multiple industries, Debra can tackle B2B, B2C, manufacturing, construction, retail, and federal contracting. She is experienced with large decentralized multi-state and global employee base with relatively high turnover industries and skilled at driving retention within the same population.
Debra holds an MA in Human Resource Management from Chapman University and a BS in Sociology from San Diego State University.
